libgeo-coordinates-itm-perl software package provides conversion module between lat/lon and Irish Transverse Mercator, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeo-coordinates-itm-perl
libgeo-coordinates-itm-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeo-coordinates-itm-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeo-coordinates-itm-perl *
